All items are shipped within the USA by Priority Mail or UPS. Customers may choose the shipping method, Priority Mail is usually the best option for smaller orders and UPS is usually the best option for larger orders.
OUR FIVE FOOT AND SIX FOOT WIDE GAMEMATS MUST BE SHIPPED BY PRIORITY MAIL.
During the checkout process, you may select Priority Mail or UPS options and see the resulting rate to be paid before finalizing your order.

Items sent outside the USA are shipped by post via First Class International (packages up to 4lb.) or Priority International (packages over 4lb.). Our shopping cart has non-USA shipping options for: Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. For other countries, please email us for shipping rate information.
Note: It is our policy to ship to our customers by the most reasonably priced viable shipping method. If the shipping charges paid exceed the cost to ship by a significant amount, we will either refund the balance paid or compensate with free terrain items.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Packages returned will be credited to your credit card or Paypal less the 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost. Packages refused will be credited to your credit card or paypal less the shipping cost.
